New Chitose Airport Onsen

After completing the entry procedures at the reception desk, you will receive your locker key, towel, and other amenities. Select your own facility wear from the area in front of the reception desk. Food and relaxation fees will be charged when you leave the facility by using the barcode on your locker key.

When you wish to leave, please pay by hold the barcode on your locker key over the payment machine. You select from cash, credit card, or QR code payment as your payment method. Groups of multiple people can also pay individually.

Sizes: S to XXL for men and women. The pants are unisex. The outerwear patterns vary for men and women.
Samue is a traditional Japanese workwear worn by monks and craftsmen, and it is also popular as loungewear or homewear.

Sizes: S 120 to 140 cm (women only), L 160 to 175 cm, XL 175 to 185 cm, XXL 185+ cm
Yukata is a traditional, light Japanese garment with a cool and comfortable feeling that is often worn at summer festivals and hot springs.

Textiles are not permitted in the hot springs, so please remove your clothes here. Store your clothes in a locker, and ensure that it is locked. Bathing in swimsuits is not permitted. It is strictly prohibited to bring electronic devices such as smartphones and cameras into the large baths. Please leave them in the lockers.

Before entering the hot springs, pour hot water over your body to wash away dirt. Rinsing yourself with hot water is an important step to keep the bath hygienic.

Enter the bath quietly, and refrain from diving or swimming. Please refrain from loud conversations or other actions that may disturb others. Please be considerate of other guests.

This is where you will wash your body and hair. When using the shower, please be careful to avoid splashing water on your surroundings.

To get to the Ajidokoro Restaurant, enter from the hot spring facility and look for the curtain on your right. Please place your shoes in the shoe locker before entering.

After receiving a barcode card at the dining reception desk, head to your table and place your order. When ordering, a staff member will scan your barcode card and take your order.

After your meal, take your barcode card and hold it over the payment machine to pay.

Twin rooms (11 rooms total) are available for overnight stays at New Chitose Airport Onsen. They are located inside the airport, making them convenient for those taking an early morning flight. A prior reservation is required for accommodation.

The Rest Lounge at the New Chitose Airport Onsen is a special space where you can spend a relaxing night at the airport. You can comfortable enjoy napping, reading, or watching TV in an individual Relaxation seat.

For body care, Thai aroma treatment, traditional Thai therapy and 72 zone reflexology foot care, please make a reservation at the New Chitose Airport Onsen facility reception desk of the "Karada-iyashi-dokoro" on the 4th floor. To use the "Body scrub", please make a reservation by using the phone in the bathroom.

Bathing is required when using the Akasuriya only. Otherwise, for body care, traditional Thai therapy, Thai aroma treatment, and 72 zone reflexology foot care, please make a reservation at the "Karada-iyashi-dokoro" reception desk at the Oasis Park on the 4th floor of the domestic terminal outside of the New Chitose Airport Onsen facility.
